The traditional longhouse is the oldest building built at BTV in 2012. It is substantially built of bamboo and round jungle trees of two and a half storey high of 14 full rooms and 7 attic rooms being accessed from the first floor rooms. Every full room is provided with 2 single beds and ensuite separate toilet and bathroom and a wall fan and is cool at night.
The attic room is only provided with mat on the floor, a wall fan and a lift window at the roof to provide natural light and fresh air and a stunning view of the surrounding mountain like Mount Singai, Serapi Mountain and Dered Krian behind Bau Town.
